Grow Hartford is a youth program that advocates against social injustices such as food injustice, racism, and adultism. Our mission is to not only bring awareness to these issues but to also motivate citizens to bring change.
We are a collaboration of community partners utilizing Urban Agriculture, Hartford green spaces, policy change and sustainability programming to grow powerful agents of community empowerment both driving and providing greater access to healthy food for all Hartford residents.
